The applicant should be confident at component level diagnostics (without service diagrams /manuals) and repair and will be working on newer laptop types. Access will be provided to all required equipment including soldering irons, BGA Rework Machines (IR and Hot Air), X-Ray Equipment etc. The job will involve assembly/disassembly, diagnostics, repair and testing. You will be working in a motivated team alongside other Engineers/Technicians. Immediate start is available with an initial salary of between £15k-£20k for a 40-hour week (bonus for overtime/Saturdays) depending on experience/ability which will be determined after a 1 week trial. Experienced Business Development Manager required to aid the expansion of NDC. Your duties will include developing alternative revenue streams (e.g. consider and negotiate contracts with new software providers), implementing company procedures in foreign markets (e.g. establish service and support facilities in a different country) and to problem-shoot/streamline internal company procedures as well as other general managerial duties. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be liasing with other professionals both within and outside of the company and be confident in your skills.
