TRADE ACCOUNTS

We offer the following types of trade accounts:

1) EU Corporate Account - If you are based outside the UK but within the EU, and want to buy from us without the VAT for items for your own use, this is the type of account you need. There is no minimum value for your first or any other order and you can pay in either GBP, EUR, USD, AUD or PLN

2) Trade Account - If you intend to buy from us regularly and are going to resell the items you buy from us, this the type of account you need. There is a minimum purchase quantity of 5 laptops to qualify. If you are outside the UK but within EU we can charge you 0-VAT if you have a valid local VAT number. You can pay in GBP, EUR, USD, AUD or PLN

Vouchers/Retail offers are not valid on trade accounts

APPLICATION

To apply for a trade account you first need to open a standard account with us through the "New User" option in the right menu panel (you do not need to buy anything to register).
Once you have registered we require you to send us the following documents and specify which type of trade account you require:

1. Written request on letterheaded paper to open a trade account
2. Copy of VAT registration certificate
3. Copy of Certificate of Registration if a limited company
4. Proof of ID/Address if sole trader/partnership of the owner(s) of the business (driving licence/passport)

Upon receipt of these documents your application will be manually vetted and if approved your account will be upgraded to a Trade account and discounts applied to your account. INTRA-EU EXPORTS (ZERO VAT)

If you are registered in any member state of the EU and have a valid local VAT number and require us to do an intra-EU export to you whereby we do not charge you the VAT but you pay to your local government upon sale, we require the following documentation from you:

1) Copy of VAT Certificate
2) Company Registration Certificate
3) Bank details as registered with your local VAT authority
4) Proof of address, we will only deliver to your company address (Telephone bill etc.)

Upon receipt of these documents we shall submit them to the UK Customs & Excise authority for approval. If approved we will invoice you with zero VAT. This process can take few days.

KONTA HANDLOWE "TRADE ACCOUNTS"

Aby otworzyć konto handlowe "Trade Account" należy spełnić następujące wymagania:

a) Działać w branży IT. Nie ważne czy prowadzisz międzynarodową korporację czy mały sklep, zapraszamy do otwarcia konta "trade account" u nas.

b) Jeżeli Twoje przedsiębiorstwo nie działa w branży IT, jednak chcesz korzystać z preferencyjnych cen, twój podmiot musi być płatnikiem VAT.


APLIKACJA

Aby wystąpić o otwarcie konta handlowego, należy wcześniej posiadać standartowe konto utworzone przez kliknięcie w odnośnik "new user" znajdujący się w prawym panelu tej strony (nie musisz nic kupować żeby się zarejestrować). Kiedy już posiadasz standartowe konto, wymagane są następujące dokumenty:

1. Pisemna prośba o otwarcie konta handlowego,
2. Kopia potwierdzenia zarejestrowania podmiotu jako podatnika VAT,
3. Kopia zaświadczenia o dokonaniu wpisu do ewidencji działalności gospodarczej.
4. Kopia potwierdzenia tożsamości /adresu (dowód osobisty/paszport)

Po otrzymaniu podanych dokumentów aplikacja będzie rozpatrzona i w przypadku zatwierdzenia twoje konto zostanie zmienione na handlowe i rabat zostanie przypisany do twojego konta. Sprzedaż wewnątrz UE bez podatku VAT

Jeżeli prowadzisz działalność gospodarczą na terenie Polski (lub innego państwa należącego do UE) i jesteś zarejestrowanym podatnikiem VAT UE możesz kupować u nas nie płacąc podatku VAT(intra-EU export). W takim wypadku wymagamy następujących dokumentów:

1) Kopia potwierdzenia zarejestrowania podmiotu jako podatnika VAT,
2) Kopia zaświadczenia o dokonaniu wpisu do ewidencji działalności gospodarczej.
3) Dane konta bankowego zarejestrowanego w urzędzie podatkowym
4) Potwierdzenie adresu, przesyłkę wysyłamy tylko na adres firmy (np.rachunek telefoniczny lub wystawiona faktura z adresem itd.)

Po otrzymaniu tych dokumentów wyślemy je do lokalnego urzędu (UK Customs & Excise authority) w celu potwierdzenia. W przypadku zatwierdzenia wystawimy fakturę zero VAT. Cały ten proces może potrwać kilka dni.
